My cat Kyle is a philanthropic, Reddit-famous, Instagram-loving rescue with 3 teeth, no claws, severe dandruff, hip dysplasia, and a crooked ear. Also, he witnessed a murder... a domestic violence (DV) incident between his former humans that ended fatally.

Mission

Kyle wants to use his

glorious 'stache and undeniable charm to

prevent incidents like the one his former owner experienced

advocate for animal-friendly DV shelters

to help victims feel comfortable escaping their dangerous situations.

The CHallenge

Up to 45% of battered women have delayed their decision

to leave their abuser, or have returned to their abuser, out of fear for their pet's safety.
